1. The "signer" agrees to receive safety instructions and training from the safety personnel before starting the experience, covering safety procedures and safety equipment, and will participate in the experience accordingly.
2. The "signer" will follow the instructions of the safety personnel to prevent accidents, and any issues (such as injuries, loss or damage to valuables) caused by ignoring these instructions will be solely the responsibility of the individual.
3. The "signer" acknowledges that the company will not be held legally responsible for any health, property, or other issues caused by pre-existing conditions (such as heart disease, musculoskeletal diseases, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, pregnancy and childbirth, or other conditions).
4. Although the facilities for the ‘360-degree rotating swing’ are safe, the "signer" acknowledges that minor injuries such as abrasions, bruises, muscle pain, or back pain may occur depending on individual health conditions.
5. The "signer" agrees that if deemed unfit by the safety personnel (such as elderly, pregnant, or intoxicated individuals), they may be denied participation or the experience may be stopped.
6. This experience is restricted to individuals with ankle safety devices securely in place, and a maximum body weight limit of 100kg.
7. This is a physically active experience, and the "signer" agrees to perform necessary warm-ups for their ankles, back, and limbs before participating in the experience.
